Admin – You think the place a year ago was bad?

You should see it now… a few words should sum it up; GHETTO, Filthy, Disgusting !!! I cannot wait to vacate… its filthy, completely run down and the management is the icing on the cake.
Garbage….. the dumpster has grown since you left…woo hooo!! I guess this was their goal… They not only have garbage pilling in the dumpster where the trash used to go but also have an additional waste management truck full of garbage next to the dumpster. Once upon a time, the spot where the truck is occupying used to be a parking spot. Oh yeah, the dog park behind the dumpster has all sorts of garbage now not forgetting the piles of dog poop… I will take a picture this weekend and post it here….(Let’s see how fast they can get this cleaned.. its connor, don’t hold your breath) The smell… I cannot even begin to describe…. but the pics should pretty much sum it all.
The management has one thing in common, they suck!! Some more that others. The old manager Karen was not that great but the new transfer I believe from one of the other properties managed by Connor is completely incompetent… Ashley is her name. Her crew is sooo bad such that when you report an issue, all they do is LIE! Nothing ever gets done… They should indeed win the management from hell price.
Had I seen these posts here before moving, I would NEVER have moved in. Everything reported by others here is completely true with an exception of the undisclosed current resident who is really a current/past connor group employee!!! If you want to live in a ghetto, filthy unsafe environment, then you’ve found your place – Look no further. Oh yeah did I mention my neighbor’s car was broken into the one night he decides to leave his vehicle in the drive way? Once when I was going to get my mail, ~ 4 months ago this older lady told me that her vehicle had also been vandalised and a police report had been filed. Of course, the gates are constantly broken. The rear gate on the Southwestern boulervard exit should just be removed all together. Its been broken for several months now and the management always says it will be fixed by end of week.
Ohh… the amenities… really, they have these? The monthly breakfast is not worth signing a lease, though it’s the only ok thing over here.. Just make your own eggs, pick up some cake and juice from the groceries and you have your own home made gourmet.
I’m a CURRENT RESIDENT who has had it with this community and will be vacating at this rate in a few days…

I wish I had read your comments before renting this nightmare. Everything you listed is true and then some. You’re not lying about being right next to the hood. My second week and I see a drug transaction going down 2 doors down from my apartment. A couple of weeks later I see another tenant smoking crack outside of his garage which has groups of young men hanging around in the middle of the day or in the shadows late at night. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Great! I was totally set on this townhome complex. I’m moving from Seattle – moving back to the Dallas area. I want to stick with the Addison area. Can anyone recommend a good apartment complex? I’d love to live in Addison Circle -but judging from reviews on those places – it can be noisy – with paper thin walls too. I would appeciate any advice on which apts are good, with a nice pool. Being from Seattle, we are deprived from pools. Thanks!

Thanks to the Admin and others on this site!!! We were going to go and look at the property, but they wouldn’t post any interior photos. I asked again, and did receive photos. I was taken-back by the photos, but I was reassured that the unit (in which the photos were taken) had not been updated. They only want to show (in person) updated units, but they do have units that are not and they are leasing these as well. We were constantly being told that we needed to hurry or there would be no units left to lease. We let it go for a month and there are still plenty of units to lease.

Needless to say, after reading these posts, we will not waste our time and money with this type of place and people.

AGAIN,THANKS TO ALL OF YOU THAT SPOKE THE TRUTH!!!

Horrible combination of factors have initiated a fast down slide of all The positive attributes this property use to have. Young ignorance and nothing.

Girl1 – Glad we saved you thousands of dollars. good luck in your search. I highly recommend the Broadstone Parkway apts.. they’re pricey, but you get what you pay for. i love it here. amazing.

WOW!!! So glad I read this. I was really interested in this place because of the location, but you guys just answered a lot of questions for me. So glad there are places where you can read about other people’s experiences so people like this can’t pull the wool over your eyes! And to “Current Resident” – if you were really a professional business person, you’d know how to spell “describing.” LOL I’m sure you’re an employee so go away. There are 99% negative comments here as opposed to your 1% so I think I’ll take the odds that this place is CRAP!!! LOL
